Yes, we offer a 3-day free trial. You can test all features and evaluate if the system suits your business during this period. You can cancel at any time during the trial without any charge.

Signing up is very easy! Just click the "Sign Up for Free" button on the homepage and fill out the registration form. Your business name, email address, and a password are enough. Then you can add your business type, address, and other details to your profile.

To update your account information, click your profile photo in the top right after logging in and select "Settings". Here you can update your business details, working hours, services, and other account settings.

If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a password reset link. Use this link to set a new password.

To cancel your account, go to the "Account" tab on the "Settings" page and click the "Cancel Account" button at the bottom. You will be asked to confirm the cancellation. We recommend you back up all your data before canceling, as all your data will be deleted after account cancellation.

Your customers can easily book appointments through your dedicated appointment page. You can share the link with your customers or embed it on your own website. On the appointment page, customers can select the date, time, service, and, if available, their preferred staff member to create appointments.

Both you and your customers can easily cancel or change appointments. In your business panel, go to the "Appointments" section and select any appointment to cancel or edit. Your customers can also cancel or change appointments using the link provided in their confirmation email or SMS.

Automated appointment reminders help prevent your customers from forgetting their appointments. The system sends automatic reminders via email or SMS 24 hours before the appointment (or at another time you set). You can customize reminder settings in the "Settings" > "Notifications" section.

You can set your days off and holiday periods in the "Calendar" section. Select the days or hours you will be closed on the calendar and click the "Add Closed Day" button. The system will automatically close appointment booking for those days or hours. You can also set separate days off for each staff member.

We accept payments via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfer, and online payment systems (e.g., iyzico, PayPal). All payments are processed through our secure payment infrastructure and your information is protected by SSL encryption.

To change your subscription plan, go to "Settings" > "Subscription". Here you can view your current plan and click "Change Plan" to choose from available plans. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

To update your billing information, go to "Settings" > "Billing Information". Here you can update your company name, address, tax number, and other billing details. Changes will apply from your next invoice.

Once the purchase is completed, payment cancellation is not possible.
